Nargis Fakhri was born on October 20, 1979 at Queens, New York City, United States to Mohammed Fakhri and Marie Fakhri. Her younger sister is Aliya Fakhri. Her father, Mohammed Fakhri is a Pakistani and her mother Marie Fakhri is a Czech. The couple divorced at the age of 7 years old. Her father passed away a couple of years after the divorce. The mother of her daughter Marie Fakhri is a former police officer. Nargis believes she is a Global Citizen because of her mixed ethnicity between Pakistani and Czechs as well as her American citizenship. Fakhri began her modeling career as model when she was at the age of sixteen. In Copenhagen with her partner, she received the email of Imtiaz who wanted to meet her in Prague. It was to be for an Indian film. Nargis Fakhri began dating actor Uday Chopra in 2014. In 2017, the pair broke up. In May of 2018, she disclosed her relationship to Matt Alonzo, an American filmmaker and videoeditor. They broke up in 2019. Her current relationship is with American Chef Justin Santos. Nargis was ranked at 72nd on Forbes india's list indian stars in 2014.
